Yesterday on BBC Radio 6 Music, Lauren chose Theodore’s title track from brand new album ‘It Is But It’s Not’ to be her Headphones Moment.

‘It Is But It’s Not’ is the latest single by Greek multi-instrumentalist, composer and performer; Theodore. Fusing classical composition of traditional Greek folk, enriched by electronic, psychedelic elements. Theodore creates intensely beautiful atmospheric and cinematic music. It sees Theodore playing piano, guitar, synthesiser and glockenspiel, whilst his bandmates add rock instrumentation alongside an elegant string section. Written and arranged by Theodore the album was co-produced by Clive Martin (Queen, Reef) and mixed by Ken Thomas (Sigur Ros, Daughter, Moby, Yann Tierson).
